Physiotherapy in Bondi Junction and Sydney's Eastern Suburbs

We are often where people come for a second opinion, and where many choose to stay. Our focus is on conditions that benefit from a detailed assessment: complex and athletic spinal pain, headache and jaw disorders, dizziness and tinnitus, alongside sports and musculoskeletal injuries from shoulder to foot.

APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists

Two of our physiotherapists hold the APA Musculoskeletal title. It is awarded by the Australian Physiotherapy Association after an APA-recognised master's degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and kept through ongoing professional development.

Experience

30+ years of combined clinical experience across our team, including semi-professional AFL, rugby union, swimming, triathlon and basketball. We also host clinical placements, from entry-level students to physiotherapists on the APA titling pathway.

Award winning

Waverley Council Business Awards, Healthcare and Medical category winner in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have a question? Call us on (02) 8528 2985 or send us a message. When you are ready, you can book online.

Do you need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No. You can book directly. A GP referral is only needed if you want a Medicare rebate, and workers compensation and CTP claims need approval before your first visit.

Do you offer sports injury treatment?

Yes. We assess and treat sports injuries from shoulder to foot, with strength testing using VALD dynamometry, video analysis of running and swimming, and a graded return to training and competition. See sports injury rehabilitation.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Any referral letters, scans or reports relevant to your problem, a list of your medications, your private health fund card, and comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area being assessed. If you have a workers compensation or CTP claim, bring your claim number.

Do you accept private health insurance and Medicare?

Yes. Private health rebates are claimed on the spot with HICAPS, depending on your level of cover. Medicare rebates are available with an eligible GP referral, and workers compensation and CTP claims are accepted once approved.

How long is each appointment?

Every consultation is 45 minutes, including your first visit and follow-ups, so there is time to assess, explain and treat properly.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Telehealth consultations are available at the same fee as an in-person appointment. If you are unsure whether telehealth suits your problem, call us and we can help you decide, or let you know if an in-person assessment would be more useful.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your problem, how long you have had it and your goals. We give you an estimate at your first visit and review it as your plan progresses.

Can you help with injury prevention, not just treatment?

Yes. We use strength testing with VALD dynamometry, and a review of your training load and technique, to find areas worth building, then give you a program to work on them.

Do you work with athletes of all levels?

Yes. We see people who exercise for their health through to athletes in semi-professional AFL, rugby union, swimming, triathlon and basketball. Your plan is built around your sport and your goals.

How do I get to the clinic? Is there parking?

We are at 80 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction. There is paid street parking around the clinic, and Westfield Bondi Junction car park is within walking distance. A loading zone out front can be used to drop off patients with accessibility needs, and the building is wheelchair accessible.
